The Unit LEGAL team has extensive experience in civil, commercial, corporate and insurance litigation, particularly in actions and disputes arising from:
- Breach of contract;
- Extra-contractual liability;
- General contractual clauses;
- Corporate conflicts;
- Collection and judicial recovery of credits.
In recent years, we have also worked more actively in institutional arbitration and ad-hoc arbitration.
