Ordinance No. 266/2026/1, of 18 June
This Ordinance establishes the procedures necessary for the implementation of the exceptional measure for the deferral of social security contribution payments, as provided for in Article 6 of Decree-Law No. 110-A/2026, of 3 June.
This Ordinance shall enter into force on the day following its publication and shall take effect as of the date of entry into force of Decree-Law No. 110-A/2026, of 3 June.
