Assunção has been working with Unit LEGAL since 2023 and is part of the Commercial and Corporate Law team. 

Practice Areas

Assunção has developed activity in several areas of Commercial and Corporate Law and Labor Law.

In the field of Commercial and Corporate Law, she assists national and international clients by advising them on corporate restructuring processes, namely mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions or sales.

Assunção also provides ongoing support to clients’ activities from a business management perspective.

In the field of labor law, she provides labor advice to companies, offering support in contract negotiation and termination processes, business advice on social security and other day-to-day labor issues, and in conducting disciplinary proceedings.

Academic Qualifications

Assunção completed her Law degree in 2023 (Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal).
