Practice Areas

Carolina has developed her activity in several areas of Corporate and Tax Law.

In the field of Commercial and Corporate Law, she assists national and international clients by advising them on corporate restructuring processes.

In the field of tax law, she also provides advice on income tax and social security, particularly in relation to support for non-habitual residents, analysis of remuneration and its taxation, posted workers, and tax benefits.

In addition, she has dedicated herself to the area of ​​tax litigation, through support in administrative, judicial and arbitration proceedings.

Academic Qualifications

Carolina completed her Law degree in 2024 (Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon). She also completed the Erasmus program at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires in 2023.
