Professional Experience

Before joining Unit LEGAL, she worked at the Law Firm Luís Laureano Santos e Associados (between 2007 and 2019).

Practice Areas

She has worked in the areas of Labour Law, Labour Litigation, Collective Bargaining and Civil Litigation.
She provides employment advice to companies, including labour audits, contract termination negotiation processes, disciplinary proceedings and general advice on all day-to-day employment issues in companies.
She has experience in all areas of Labour Law, advising the Human Resources departments of national and international companies in a wide range of sectors, including fitness, hotels and restaurants, medical services and information and communication technologies.

Academic Qualifications

Filipa completed her degree in Law in 2007 (Faculty of Law, Universidade Nova de Lisboa).
In 2013, she completed the Postgraduate course in Labor Law at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon and in 2015, she completed the Postgraduate, University Extension Course in Labor and Social Security Law at the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
