Luís has worked at Unit LEGAL since its creation in 2004 and is the partner responsible for coordinating the Labor Law team, dividing his activities between practicing law and teaching and training.

Practice Areas

He has developed his activity in the area of ​​Labor Law, Labor Litigation, Collective Bargaining, Social Security Law, Real Estate Law, Civil Law and Civil Litigation.

He has experience in all areas of Labor Law, advising the Human Resources departments of national and international companies in the most diverse sectors, namely fitness, hotels and restaurants, medical services and information and communication technologies.

He is a Guest Professor at the Open University.

Academic Qualifications

Luís completed his degree in Law in 1996 (Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon). He completed a postgraduate degree in Labor Law at the Institute of Labor Law of the Faculty of Law of Lisbon, in 2005. Completed a Master’s degree in Business Law, specializing in Labor Law, at ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, in 2010. He completed his PhD in Law at the University of A Coruña (Spain) in 2020.
