Margarida has been working with Unit LEGAL since 2024 and is part of the Labor and Civil team.

Practice Areas

Margarida has developed her activity in the various areas of Labor Law, Civil Law and Data Protection Law.

In the field of Civil Law, its activity focuses on the areas of Law of Obligations and Contracts, as well as Civil Litigation.

In the field of Labor Law, its activity focuses on labor consultancy for companies, providing support in contract negotiation and revocation processes, business advice on day-to-day labor issues and conducting disciplinary proceedings.

Within the scope of Data Protection Law, she has provided advice to clients on compliance with applicable legislation, as well as on the implementation of new rules.

Academic Qualifications

Margarida completed her Law Degree in 2023 (Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon).

In 2024, she completed the Postgraduate Course in Data Protection Law (Private Law Research Center of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon).

She attended the academic phase of the Master’s Degree in Law and Management (Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and Católica Lisbon of Business and Economics).
