Ordinance No. 244/2026/1, of 1 June 2026, has been published, approving the new declaration form for the VAT group regime.
The Ordinance approves the declaration form to be filed by the representative member of each VAT group, together with the corresponding filing instructions.
This Ordinance came into force on the day following its publication and applies to returns relating to tax periods beginning on or after 1 July 2026.
